ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution Authorizing Execution of an
Interlocal Agreement between the City of Ellensburg, Washington
and the County of Kittitas, Washington for the Housing of Inmates.
BACKGROUND: This Interlocal Agreement is between City of Ellensburg and Kittitas
County for the Housing of Inmates from January 1, 2016 – December
31, 2016.
INTERACTION: The Prosecutors office has reviewed and approved the Interlocal
Agreement.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve a Resolution Authorizing Execution of an
Interlocal Agreement between the City of Ellensburg, Washington
and the County of Kittitas, Washington for the Housing of Inmates.
HANDLING: Return both originals to the Sheriff’s Office for signatures
ATTACHMENTS: Resolution and Interlocal Agreement
