KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Sheriff’s Office <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: Tuesday, January 5, 2016 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution Authorizing Execution of an <br />Interlocal Agreement between the City of Ellensburg, Washington <br />and the County of Kittitas, Washington for the Housing of Inmates. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: This Interlocal Agreement is between City of Ellensburg and Kittitas <br />County for the Housing of Inmates from January 1, 2016 – December <br />31, 2016. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Prosecutors office has reviewed and approved the Interlocal <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve a Resolution Authorizing Execution of an <br />Interlocal Agreement between the City of Ellensburg, Washington <br />and the County of Kittitas, Washington for the Housing of Inmates. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Return both originals to the Sheriff’s Office for signatures <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Resolution and Interlocal Agreement <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Paula Hoctor, Commander <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
