KITTITAS COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: January 5, 2016 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Resolution to Award the Bid to furnish <br />Maintenance Rock Materials for Calendar Year <br />2016. <br />BACKGROUND: Annually, Kittitas County Public Works goes <br />out to bid for the furnishing of Maintenance <br />Rock Materials in accordance with <br />specifications. Bid packets are sent out to all <br />local businesses in order to give equal <br />opportunity. <br />Bids were opened December 17, 2015, at 2:00 <br />p.m. in the Public Works Department. <br />One bid was received and deemed responsive. <br />INTERACTION: <br />Public Works; Ellensburg Cements Products <br />RECOMMENDATION: Move to approve Resolution to Award the Bid <br />to furnish Maintenance Rock Materials for <br />Calendar Year 2016 to Ellensburg Cement <br />Products. <br />HANDLING: Return one (1) original to Public Works <br />ATTACHMENTS: Resolution; Bid Tab <br />LEAD STAFF: Mark Cook <br />Director of Public Works <br />
