Kittitas County <br />Public Health Office <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />1/5/2016 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners approves a resolution to authorize the <br />execution of an amendment to the Interagency Agreement between Grant County and Kittitas <br />County Public Health Department. (Effective date: January 1, 2015- September 30, 2017) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Interagency Agreement Amendment between Grant County and Kittitas County Public <br />Health Department is established to provide a mechanism for the collaborative work, completion <br />of deliverables, and transfer of funds necessary to carry out the priority health improvement <br />initiatives associated with tobacco prevention and control in Central Washington. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutors Office- Reviewed and approved on December 9, 2015. <br />Kittitas County Auditor's Office- Reviewed and approved on December 13, 2015. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners approves a resolution to authorize the <br />execution of an amendment to the Interagency Agreement between Grant County and Kittitas <br />County Public Health Department. (Effective date: January 1, 2015- September 30, 2017) <br /> <br /> <br />HANDLING: <br />The Clerk of the Board sends notice of approval to the Auditor's Office. <br />Send one completed resolution to public health. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: <br />Candi Blackford
