Kittitas County <br />Prosecutor <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />10/1/2013 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Consider Final Order on appeals of administrative segregation appeals related to Anselmo Land, Orphan <br />Girl, and Neversweat Land. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />CDS issued a letter voiding these three administrative segregation applications because they had not <br />received preliminary approval. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Plum Creek, the applicant, appealed the administrative determination that voided these three applications. <br />The BOCC held an administrative appeal deliberation after briefing by the parties and renderedits decision <br />ordering the applications reinstated and directing staff to continue processing them. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Consider adoption of the attached Final Order <br /> <br />HANDLING: <br />Copies sent to Plum Creek. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: <br />Neil Caulkins <br />
