The work is to be substantially completed in 120 calendar days from the date of issuance <br />by the Owner of the Notice to Proceed. The project is to be finally complete within 30 calendar days thereafter. <br /> <br /> <br />   <br /> <br /> <br />                                                    The Project includes the following Alternate Items: <br /> <br /> <br />                                                                        1.         List Alternates <br /> <br /> <br />   <br /> <br /> <br />PRE-BID CONFERENCE         A pre-bid conference will be held at 1:30 PM, Wednesday,  November 2, 2011 at 901 E. 7th Avenue, Ellensburg, WA  98926.
