We have hosted this n/erpt twice <br />hckore ire the ss i.;,g� aid the springof 1i Since the Inst time we have hosted this <br />event the plication process has charge considerably. <br />The event we are working to host is a collegiate stage race on April 9-10,2011. The CWU Cycling <br />club is a member of the Northwest Collegiate Cycling Conference. This conference consists of <br />about 250 riders from 13 different Universities throughout the Northwest. Each spring the club <br />competes at different locations from Portland to Bozeman, Fontana. Each of these races is <br />administered by a conference director and registered officials. In addition to working with the <br />NWCCC we will be abiding by the rules and regulations of USA Cycling, Washington state and <br />Kittitas County. <br />This is a great opportunity to generate revenue for the city of Ellensburg, promote the sport of <br />cycling and introduce the community to the sport of cycling. We have hosted this race twice <br />previously in April 2008 and April 2009.
