BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO: 2011 - <br />A RESOLUTION TO CLASSIFY THE UPPER KITTITAS COUNTY JUDGE POSITION <br />WHEREAS: Resolution No 91-102 established the process by which the salaries for the Judges of the <br />Upper and Lower Kittitas County District Courts are set; and <br />WHEREAS: The Upper Kittitas County District Court Judge position is currently classified as having <br />65% of a full-time workload; and <br />WHEREAS: The Upper Kittitas County District Court Judge position has been reclassified by the <br />Office of the Administrator of the Courts as a position with a workload of 77%; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Upper Kittitas County District Court Judge position is <br />Hereby changed from 65% of a full-time position to 69% f. full-time position for the year of 2011, <br />from 69% to 73% of a full-time position for the year .12o 2, and from 73% to 77% of a full-time <br />position for the year of 2013 of a full-time position and it shall be compensated commensurately. <br />Adopted this <br />ATTEST: <br />CLERK OF THE BOARD <br />Julie A.
