Kittitas County <br />District Court, Upper <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />1/19/2011 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Requesting approval of Resolution increasing Judicial Position workload <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Adminstrative Office of the Court has, pursuant to RVW 2.56.030(11) established the Judicial Need <br />Estimate of Full-time equivalents for the Upper Kittitas County District Court at .77. The BOCC has <br />approved budget inrease for the 2011 budget to 69% of a full-time judicial position. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />At thti time <br />BOCC has approved funding for the 2011 budget at 69% of a full-time judicial position. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Upper Kittitaas County District Court request the BOCC sign the resolution increasing the Judicial <br />Position at the Upper Kittitas County District Court from 65% of a full-time position to 69% of a full-time <br />position. <br /> <br />HANDLING: <br />The Court is requesting a signed copy of the resolution. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: <br />Diana MacKenzie <br />
