KITTITAS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: October 5, 2010 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to set a Public Hearing to consider seven, 2009 <br />Open Space Current Use Applications. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The applications for Open Space Current Use consideration <br />were received between December 30th – 31st 2009. On July <br />13, 2010 Kittitas County Planning Commission held Public <br />Hearings to review seven Open Space current use <br />applications and made recommendations to the Board of <br />County Commissioners. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Staff has been in contact with CDS/DPW staff throughout <br />the processing of these applications and confirmed that <br />County staff was able to attend the proposed Public <br />Hearing date. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Set a hearing for Tuesday October 19, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in <br />the Commissioners Auditorium, to consider seven complete <br />2009 Open Space Current Use Applications. <br /> <br /> <br />HANDLING: Copy of the legal notice to consider seven Open Space <br />Current Use Applicants. <br /> <br />BOCC staff to publish & post on legal notice board. <br /> <br />Copy of legal notice to applicants, CDS, Public Works and <br />Prosecutor's office. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Notice of Hearing <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Mandy Robinson, Deputy Clerk of the Board
