Kittitas County <br />Public Health <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />2/16/2010 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />to ratify the signature of the Kittitas County Public Health Administrator executing the Coordinated <br />Prevention Grant Agreement between the State of Washington Department of Ecology and Kittas County <br />Public Health Department with the effective dates of January 1, 2010 through December 31, 2011. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Coordinated Prevention Grant Agreement Between The State of Washington Department of Ecology <br />and Kittitas County Public Health Department to carry out solid waste enforcemnet, inspections, and <br />permitting. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Board of Health: On the February 18, 2010 Agenda <br /> <br />Prosecuter's Office: Contract was reviewed and approved by the prosecutor's office on February 10, 2010 <br /> <br />Auditors Office: Contract was reviewed and approved by the auditors office on February 10, 2010 <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners ratifies the signature of the Public Health Administrator, executing the <br />Coordinated Prevention Grant Agreement between The State of Washington Department of Ecology and <br />Kittitas County Public Heatlh Department with the effective dates of January 1, 2010 through December 31, <br />2011. <br /> <br />HANDLING: <br />Clerk of the Board send notice of the approval to the Kittias County Auditors Office. <br /> <br />Please note: Public Health will route originals to contractor, BOCC, Auditor's Office, and Public Health <br />files. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: <br />Cathy Bambrick <br />
