KITTITAS COUNTY <br />TREASURER'S OFFICE <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: February 16, 2010 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Re -submit to Amend Resolution # 2010-10, updated <br />resolution due to language and scriveners error, please <br />Approve Resolution to Cancel Uncollectable <br />Personal Property Taxes <br />BACKGROUND: Per the requirements outlined in RCW 84.56.250, the Kittitas <br />County Treasurer is submitting the attached Affidavit for <br />Cancellation of Uncollectable Personal Property Taxes, and a list <br />of delinquent personal property taxes for cancellation.
