Kittitas County
Prosecutor Office

Agenda Staff Report

AGENDA DATE:
2/16/2010

ACTION REQUESTED:
Pass ordinance amending Ordinance 2009-25 to fix scrivener's errors.

BACKGROUND:
The County passed Ordinance 2009-25 amending its comprehensive plan, development regulation and the
county-wide planning policies. Due to the size of the ordinance and number of people having authorship
roles in it, certain scrivener's errors were present that created disjuncts that prevented Information Services
from being able to codify the code updates and place them on the County's website.

INTERACTION:
Deputy Prosecutor Caulkins has worked with Jim Goeben to resolve these disjuncts.

RECOMMENDATION:
Pass this ordinance so as to repair the disjuncts such that codification and placement on the County website
can proceed.

HANDLING:

LEAD STAFF:
Neil Caulkins
