KITTITAS COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT O <br />Rq�cr <br />AGENDA DATE: October 20, 2009 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Approve the Resolution to Award <br />Quotations and Authorize a Contract for <br />the Upper County Shop Maintenance <br />Facility Garage. <br />BACKGROUND: The Department of Public Works solicited <br />quotations in accordance with RCW <br />39.04.155 Small Works Roster Contract <br />Procedures for the construction of a <br />maintenance garage at the Upper County <br />Shop. _ quotes were received and <br />opened on October 19, 2009.
