ACTION REQUESTED: Approve the Resolution to Award
Quotations and Authorize a Contract for
the Upper County Shop Maintenance
Facility Garage.
BACKGROUND: The Department of Public Works solicited
quotations in accordance with RCW
39.04.155 Small Works Roster Contract
Procedures for the construction of a
maintenance garage at the Upper County

RESOLUTION NO. 2009- �`
TO AWARD QUOTATIONS AND AUTHORIZE A CONTRACT FOR THE
UPPER COUNTY SHOP MAINTENANCE FACILITY GARAGE PROJECT
WHEREAS: Quotations were requested in accordance with the small works roster,
R.C.W. 39.04.15; and
WHEREAS: Quotations were opened on October 19, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. in the Kittitas
County Public Works, 411 N. Ruby: and
WHEREAS: quotations were received for the prescribed work. The Director of
Public Works recommends the responsive bidder, , in

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in
the best interest of the public, does hereby award the contract for the
Upper County Shop Maintenance Facility Garage Project to

Director of Public Works to sign the contract documents for said project.
