WA.US <br />Office (509) 962-7506 <br />"Building Partnerships — Building Communities" Fax (509) 962-7682 <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: October 20, 2009 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Conduct Closed Record Meeting for the McIntyre Preliminary Plat LP -08- <br />00015 <br />BACKGROUND: Andrew and Michelle Schmidt, landowners, have applied for a 6 -lot <br />preliminary plat on approximately 18.06 acres of land that is zoned <br />Agricultural -3. <br />The subject property is located east of Wilson Creek Road and south of Game <br />Farm Road, in Ellensburg, WA 98926. The property is located in a portion of <br />Section 32, T1 8N RI 9E, WM in Kittitas County. Map number: 18-19-32010- <br />0006. <br />The Hearing Examiner conducted an open record hearing August 27, 2009 <br />to consider this matter where testimony was heard.
