AGENDA DATE: December 19, 2017
ACTION REQUESTED: Approve a Subrecipient Agreement between Kittitas
County and HopeSource for CDBG Public Service Funds.
BACKGROUND: The proposed Agreement is between Kittitas County and
HopeSource in the amount of $81,003 for the Community
Development Block Grant – Public Services Funds for the
period beginning July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018. This
is in relation to Contract #17-62210-008 between the
Department of Commerce and Kittitas County.
HopeSource is to provide services to low-and moderate-
income persons in Kittitas County.
INTERACTION: The Agreement was reviewed by the Prosecutors office and
the Auditor’s office.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve and authorize Board signature on an Agreement
between Kittitas County and HopeSource to provide
services as outlined and funded by the Community
Development Block Grant program.
HANDLING: Commissioners Staff to forward two originals to
HopeSource for signature.
