STAFF REPORT
Agenda Date: December 19, 2017
RE: Request to approve Resale of Tax Title Property
Background: The Kittitas County Treasurer’s Office has received an
application for the resale of tax title parcel #411334.
Interaction: The Treasurer has reviewed information related to this
parcel. Additionally, the Assessor’s Office and the Public
Works Department have been contacted to confirm that
they see no reason to retain these parcels as County
property. This property has a value of less than $500 and
the application for purchase is from an adjoining land
owner.
Recommendation: The Treasurer recommends that the Commissioners
approve this sale per RCW 36.35.150.
