STAFF REPORT

RE: Request to set a Public Hearing on application for Resale of Tax Title Property
Background: The Kittitas County Treasurer’s Office has received an
application for the resale of tax title parcel #790934.
Interaction: The Treasurer has reviewed information related to these
parcels. Additionally, the Assessor’s Office and the Public
Works Department have been contacted to confirm that
they see no reason to retain these parcels as County
property.
Recommendation: The Treasurer would like to recommend that the
Commissioners approve this sale and set a Public Hearing
on January 16, 2018 for this purpose.
