the above described property, if the Kittitas County Boa of Commissioners will issue an order
for advertising and sale of the same.
Enclosed herewith find $75.00 for deposit, which shall be forfeited to Kittitas County as
liquidated damages if there should be no bid for the above described property on the day of sale.
If applicant should be the highest bidder on the day of the sale, the above deposit is to be
applied on the purchase price, expense of advertising, deed or contract, and recording expense.
If the highest bidder on the day of sale should be someone other than the applicant, the
purchaser is required to pay the above described expense in addition to his or he/ bi(� and the
$75.00 deposit shall be refunded by the Kittitas County Treasurer to the applic it.
