AGENDA DATE: December 19, 2017
ACTION REQUESTED: Approve an Agreement between the City of Roslyn and
Kittitas County to provide Library Services to County
Residents for the year 2018.
BACKGROUND: The Kittitas County Board of Commissioners approved
$18,700.00 in the 2018 budget for the City of Roslyn to
provide library services to County residents living outside
the City limits from January 1, 2018 through December 31,
2018.
INTERACTION: The Agreement was previously approved by the
Prosecutors office and the budget amount has been verified
with Judy Pless, Budget & Finance Manager. This is a
decrease of $300.00 from last year’s budget.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve and authorize the Board to sign an Agreement
between Kittitas County and the City of Roslyn to provide
library services to County residents from January 1, 2018
through December 31, 2018.
HANDLING: 1 copy – Clerk of the Board.
2 originals to City of Roslyn for signature.
City of Roslyn to return 1 fully executed original to Clerk
of the Board.
