KITTITAS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: December 19, 2017 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Approve an Agreement between Kittitas County and <br />HopeSource for Upper Kittitas County Transportation <br />Services in 2018. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The proposed Agreement is between Kittitas County and <br />HopeSource to provide referral and transportation services <br />for senior citizens in Upper Kittitas County. The <br />Agreement is in the amount of $12,000.00 for the period <br />beginning January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018. <br />(See letter dated September 30, 2017 from HopeSource). <br />This is an increase of $1,500.00 from last year’s <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Agreement was previously reviewed by the <br />Prosecutors office and the budget amount has been verified <br />by Judy Pless, Budget & Finance Manger. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve and authorize Board signature on the Agreement <br />between Kittitas County and HopeSource. <br /> <br />HANDLING: 1 copy – Clerk of the Board. <br /> 2 originals – HopeSource for signature & to return 1 fully <br />executed original to Clerk of the Board. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Agreement between Kittitas County and HopeSource for <br />Upper Kittitas County Transportation Services. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board <br />
