AGENDA STAFF REPORT
AGENDA DATE: December 19, 2017
ACTION REQUESTED: Approve an Agreement between Kittitas County and
HopeSource for Upper Kittitas County Transportation
Services in 2018.
BACKGROUND: The proposed Agreement is between Kittitas County and
HopeSource to provide referral and transportation services
for senior citizens in Upper Kittitas County. The
Agreement is in the amount of $12,000.00 for the period
beginning January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018.
(See letter dated September 30, 2017 from HopeSource).
This is an increase of $1,500.00 from last year’s
Agreement.
INTERACTION: The Agreement was previously reviewed by the
Prosecutors office and the budget amount has been verified
by Judy Pless, Budget & Finance Manger.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve and authorize Board signature on the Agreement
between Kittitas County and HopeSource.
HANDLING: 1 copy – Clerk of the Board.
2 originals – HopeSource for signature & to return 1 fully
executed original to Clerk of the Board.
ATTACHMENTS: Agreement between Kittitas County and HopeSource for
Upper Kittitas County Transportation Services.
