AGENDA DATE: December 19, 2017
ACTION REQUESTED: Approve Setting a Hearing for Tuesday January 16, 2018 at
2:00 p.m. to consider an Administrative Appeal of the
Thunder Ridge Plat.
BACKGROUND: The Board of County Commissioners office received an
Administrative Appeal from Attorney Jeff Slothower on
behalf of his clients Marcie and Chad Stevens, relating to
the Thunder Ridge Preliminary Plat.
INTERACTION: According to the briefing schedule a proposed hearing date
of December 5th was proposed. However it came to the
attention of Attorney Jeff Slothower just before that date
that his clients would not be available and requested a
different hearing date. Staff has checked with Mr.
Slothower and his clients will be available to attend a
hearing on January 16, 2018 at 2:00 p.m.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve setting a hearing for January 16, 2018 at 2:00 p.m.
in the Commissioners Auditorium to consider an appeal of
the Administrative decision on the Thunder Ridge Plat.
