AGENDA DATE: December 19, 2017
ACTION REQUESTED: Approve a Memorandum of Agreement between Robert K.
Weidner and Kittitas County.
BACKGROUND: Staff was directed to place a Memorandum of Agreement
between Robert K. Weidner and Kittitas County onto the
December 19th Agenda upon adoption of the 2018 budget. The
proposed Agreement is for Mr. Weidner to serve as the
Washington D.C. government relation’s advisor to Kittitas
County and other counties of the Evergreen Forest County
Group, a Rural Public Lands County Council Affiliate.
INTERACTION: The Prosecutors office has reviewed and approved the
Memorandum of Agreement (Camas #40827).
RECOMMENDATION: Request to approve a Memorandum of Agreement between
Robert K. Weidner and Kittitas County in the amount of
$10,000.00 to serve as the Washington, D.C. government
relation’s advisor to Kittitas County and other counties of the
Evergreen Forest County Group from January 1, 2018 to
December 31, 2018.
