ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes the signature of the Public Health
Administrator on the DSHS Developmental Disabilities Admin Amendment 1. (Effective dates:
September 1, 2017- June 30, 2018)
BACKGROUND:
The contract amendment increases the amount of contract by $14,948.00 for a new revised
maximum of $835,289.00. The attached shows the amended spend plan.

Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on November 20, 2017
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on November 21, 2017
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes the signature of the Public Health
