RESOLUTION

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT
WITH GRANT COUNTY
WHEREAS, Kittitas County’s Health Department and Grant County have worked cooperatively
on health-related issues; and
WHEREAS, as part of an on-going project, a third amendment to the Interlocal Agreement, first
entered into in 2015, would be desirable; and
WHEREAS, counties are authorized to enter into interlocal agreements under the Ch 39.34
RCW, the Interlocal Cooperation Act, and a draft of the proposed agreement is attached hereto
and incorporated herein by this reference.
Now, Therefore, Be it Resolved:
The BOCC Chairman is authorized to execute the attached interlocal agreement with the
Grant County.
