AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN KITTITAS COUNTY AND KITTITAS COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE <br />This Contract amendment, dated A7e% / I' , 2017 is made and entered into by <br />and between KITTITAS COUNTY ("County"), a 4ubdivision of the State of Washington, and Kittitas <br />County Chamber of Commerce ("Contractor")(collectively "the parties"). <br />WHEREAS, the parties executed a professional services agreement for tourism related work <br />on January 1, 2017; and <br />WHEREAS, section 12 -"Modification", of the General Conditions, provides that the <br />agreement may be amended in writing; and <br />WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the scope of work (Exhibit "A") to provide for a <br />digital survey tool for events. <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the terms and conditions contained herein, the <br />County and the Contractor mutually agree to amend Exhibit "A" -Scope of Work -to provide that the <br />contractor shall purchase I -pads to develop a digital survey tool and work with event presenters to <br />conduct the surveys and present the data to the County, and the event presenters, on a regular <br />basis.
