KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF’S OFFICE <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: November 7, 2017 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution Authorizing Execution of an <br />Interlocal Agreement between the Town of South Cle Elum, Washington and the County <br />of Kittitas, Washington for the housing of inmates. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: This Interlocal Agreement is between the Town of South Cle Elum <br />and Kittitas County for the Housing of Inmates from January 1, 2018 – December 31, <br />2018. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office has reviewed and approved <br />this Interlocal Agreement. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve a Resolution Authorizing Execution of an <br />Interlocal Agreement between the Town of South Cle Elum, Washington and the County <br />of Kittitas, Washington for the housing of inmates. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Please return one set of originals to KCSO for us to provide to the Town <br />for their records. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Commander Paula Hoctor.
