AGENDA DATE: November 7, 2017
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution Authorizing Execution of an
Interlocal Agreement between the Town of South Cle Elum, Washington and the County
of Kittitas, Washington for the housing of inmates.
BACKGROUND: This Interlocal Agreement is between the Town of South Cle Elum
and Kittitas County for the Housing of Inmates from January 1, 2018 – December 31,
2018.
INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office has reviewed and approved
this Interlocal Agreement.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve a Resolution Authorizing Execution of an
Interlocal Agreement between the Town of South Cle Elum, Washington and the County
of Kittitas, Washington for the housing of inmates.
HANDLING: Please return one set of originals to KCSO for us to provide to the Town
for their records.
