Special reasons for wishing to serve on the Board or Commission:
Stormwater, groundwater, wells, aquifers, and springs are more and more being recognized as
precious resources that do not have an endless supply. Water rights play a key role in how
these resources should be distributed and regulated to work in conjunction_ with and maintain
quality of lakes, streams, rivers, and the overall watershed. Water rights is not something I
have extensive experience with but would appreciate the opportunity to learn and provide value
where I can to the conservancy board.

Please list any training or experience you have that would be beneficial to serving on the Board or
Commission: Approximately 10 -years civil engineering experience performing site development
and municipal work throughout Puget Sound and Eastern WA. Extensive experience in the
design of stormwater systems and interaction of stormwater and groundwater including
quantifying groundwater recharge. Extensive experience designing water distribution systems.
