AGENDA DATE: November 7, 2017
ACTION REQUESTED: Approve Setting a Hearing for Tuesday December 5, 2017
at 2:00 p.m. to consider an Administrative Appeal of the
Thunder Ridge Plat.
BACKGROUND: The Board of County Commissioners office received an
Administrative Appeal from Attorney Jeff Slothower on
behalf of his clients Marcie and Chad Stevens, relating to
the Thunder Ridge Preliminary Plat.
INTERACTION: In accordance with Kittitas County Code Chapter
15A.07.010, a briefing schedule was determined with a
proposed hearing date of December 5, 2017 at 2:00 p.m.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve setting a hearing to consider an appeal of the
Administrative decision on the Thunder Ridge Plat.
