AGENDA STAFF REPORT
AGENDA DATE: November 7, 2017
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution Authorizing Execution of an
Interlocal Agreement between the City of Kittitas, Washington and the County of
Kittitas, Washington for the housing of inmates.
BACKGROUND: This Interlocal Agreement is between the City of Kittitas and Kittitas
County for the Housing of Inmates from January 1, 2018 – December 31, 2018.
INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office has reviewed and approved
this Interlocal Agreement.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve a Resolution Authorizing Execution of an
Interlocal Agreement between the City of Kittitas, Washington and the County of
Kittitas, Washington for the housing of inmates.
HANDLING: Please return all three sets of originals to KCSO so we can get the City
Attorney signature. KCSO will then return two sets of originals to the BOCC/Clerk for
county records.
