A Resolution to Cancel Claims Fund Warrants
WHEREAS, the list below of warrant numbers for Claims Fund were issued in 2015 totaling
$1,008.55 and,
WHEREAS, the list below of warrant numbers, from the Claims Fund were issued in the amount of
$1,008.55, due to several attempts to locate the vendors have been made with no response from the payees.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the warrant numbers listed below for Claims fund in the
totaling $1,008.55, be canceled and remitted to the Department of Revenue – Unclaimed Property Division.
