AGENDA DATE: October 17, 2017
ACTION REQUESTED: Resolution for Approval of O’Keefe Plat Alteration (LP-17-00006)
BACKGROUND: The Kittitas Board of County Commissioners approved the proposed alteration to the
O’Keefe Plat at a public hearing on October 3, 2017. The attached resolution
provides the document to enable and finalize this approval.
INTERACTION: CDS, Board of County Commissioners
ATTACHMENTS: Proposed resolution approving the O’Keefe Plat Alteration (LP-17-00006).

RECOMMENDATION: CDS Director recommends the Board of County Commissioners sign the resolution.
HANLDING: Presentation to the Board by Kittitas County Community Development Services.
