ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes the Kittitas County Public Health
Administrator’s signature on the Sub-Contract between the Yakima Neighborhood Health
Services and Kittitas County Public Health Department.
BACKGROUND:
The sub-contract extends the term of the contract between YNHS and the Health Benefit
Exchange to the sub-contractor. The period of performance shall continue through June 30, 2018
and allows the health department to continue to enroll Kittitas County resident in the Washington
Healthplanfinder and continue reporting monthly outreach activities to contractor.

Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on September 26, 2017.
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on September 29, 2017.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes the Kittitas County Public Health
Administrator’s signature on the Sub-Contract between the Yakima Neighborhood Health
Services and Kittitas County Public Health Department.
