Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />October 17, 2017 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes the Kittitas County Public Health <br />Administrator’s signature on the Sub-Contract between the Yakima Neighborhood Health <br />Services and Kittitas County Public Health Department. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The sub-contract extends the term of the contract between YNHS and the Health Benefit <br />Exchange to the sub-contractor. The period of performance shall continue through June 30, 2018 <br />and allows the health department to continue to enroll Kittitas County resident in the Washington <br />Healthplanfinder and continue reporting monthly outreach activities to contractor. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Board of Health: N/A <br />Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on September 26, 2017. <br />Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on September 29, 2017. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes the Kittitas County Public Health <br />Administrator’s signature on the Sub-Contract between the Yakima Neighborhood Health <br />Services and Kittitas County Public Health Department. <br /> <br />HANDLING: <br />N/A <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: <br />Robin Read <br />
