(Effective dates: <br />July 1, 2017- December 31, 2017) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Professional Services Agreement between Walla Walla County Department of Community <br />Health and Kittitas County Public Health Department for engagement and participate with <br />Greater Columbia Accountable Communities of Health, as outlined in the attached Statement of <br />Work. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Board of Health: N/A <br />Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on September 19, 2017 <br />Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on September 27, 2017 <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes the Kittitas County Public Health <br />Administrators signature on the Accountable Communities of Health (ACH).
