ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes the Kittitas County Public Health
Administrators signature on the Accountable Communities of Health (ACH). (Effective dates:
July 1, 2017- December 31, 2017)
BACKGROUND:
The Professional Services Agreement between Walla Walla County Department of Community
Health and Kittitas County Public Health Department for engagement and participate with
Greater Columbia Accountable Communities of Health, as outlined in the attached Statement of
Work.
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Board of Health: N/A
Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on September 19, 2017
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on September 27, 2017
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes the Kittitas County Public Health
Administrators signature on the Accountable Communities of Health (ACH). (Effective dates:
July 1, 2017- December 31, 2017)
