ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the Resolution to authorize the execution of an
Amendment to the PSA between Kittitas County and Elmview. (Effective Dates: January 1,
2017-December 31, 2017)
BACKGROUND:
The PSA between Kittitas County and Elmview Amendment 1 to produce and distribute a video
showing the value of employing people with development disabilities attached hereto and
incorporated by reference, is hereby amended to remove the requirement to use an open bid
process and change deadline for selecting a subcontractor to November 1, 2017, effective
January 1, 2017, as evidenced in the amendment.

Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on September 9, 2017
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on September 27, 2017
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the Resolution to authorize the execution of an
Amendment to the PSA between Kittitas County and Elmview. (Effective Dates: January 1,
2017-December 31, 2017)
