Re: Request to Publish Public Notice for Water Right Change Application
Summary:
Kittitas County Public Health is requesting to publish the following Notice of Application in the
Ellensburg Daily Record and the Yakima Herald on October 4, 2017 and October 11, 2017:
Notice of Applications to Change the purpose of use and place of use under S4-83722-J and S4-
83724-J (Court Claim 00383).
This application proposes to change the entirety of the rights as follows:
the purposes of use to instream flow and mitigation; and
the places of use to two unnamed tributaries of the Teanaway River and the Teanaway
River, beginning at the historical points of diversions to the Yakima River, and in the
Yakima River, beginning at the confluence with the Teanaway River to the Columbia
River.
