ACTION REQUESTED: AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT FOR THE KITTITAS
COUNTY COMPOST FACILITY ASPHALT RESURFACING
PROJECT
BACKGROUND: The purpose of this Amendment is to allow for the continuation of an
Agreement to complete work not being able to be completed in the
original time frame because of a wetter and cooler spring than normal.
INTERACTION: The Prosecutors office has reviewed and accepted proposed changes
to agreement
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT FOR THE
KITTITAS COUNTY COMPOST FACILITY ASPHALT
RESURFACING PROJECT
HANDLING: Original – Clerk of the Board
Copy – Solid Waste
Copy – Prosecutor
