AGENDA DATE: October 3, 2017
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Acknowledge FFY16 EMPG U.S. Department of
Homeland Security grant program contract E17-156 Amendment A.
BACKGROUND: The Homeland Security Grant Program is part of the ongoing
Homeland Security grants that are managed through the Region 7 Interlocal Agreement.
This Amendment A extends the deadline for spending grant money from August 31, 2017
to September 30, 2017. The timeline Exhibit D was also replaced to reflect the time
extension. There are no other changes.
INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office has reviewed and approved
the FFY16 EMPG grant contract Amendment A for time extension.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to Acknowledge FFY16 EMPG U.S. Department of
Homeland Security grant program contract E17-156 Amendment A.
HANDLING: No handling.
