STAFF REPORT
Agenda Date: September 19, 2017
RE: Request to set a Public Hearing on applications for Resale of Tax Title Properties
Background: The Kittitas County Treasurer’s Office has received two
completed applications for the resale of tax title parcels
#142934, 152934, 312934, 231334, 302934, 431334 and
421334.
Interaction: The Treasurer has reviewed information related to these
parcels. Additionally, the Assessor’s Office and the Public
Works Department have been contacted to confirm that
they see no reason to retain these parcels as County
property.
Recommendation: The Treasurer would like to recommend that the
Commissioners approve these sales and set a Public
Hearing for this purpose.
