liquidated damages if there should b, no bid for the above described property on the day of sale.
If applicant should be the highest bidder on the day of the sale, the above deposit is to be
applied on the purchase price, expense of advertising, deed or contract, and recording expense.
if the highest bidder on the day of sale should be someone other than the applicant, the
purchaser is required to pay the above described expense in addition to his or her bid, and the
575.00 deposit. shall be refunded by the Kittitas County Treasurer to the applicant.
