LTAC RECOMMENDATION
At the August 23, 2017 meeting of the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee (LTAC) the committee
voted to recommend to the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) allocating up to
$165,000.00 of hotel/motel funds for the consolidated lodging tax 2018 Events/Projects Grants.
The LTAC respectfully requests the BOCC allocate $165,000.00 towards the consolidated
lodging tax process. The county funding will be consolidated with the City of Ellensburg's
allocation of $36,400.00; the city of Cle Elum's allocation of $8,000.00; and the City of Roslyn's
allocation of $2,000.00 for a combined total of up to $211,400.00 to be made available for events
and projects grant applications.
