ACTION REQUESTED:
Request Boards signature on a Professional service agreement with MG Wagner roofing.
BACKGROUND:
The Bowling alley located at 830 Popular Street which is owned by the County is in need of a new roof in
order to make the building water tight.
The Board of County Commissioners directed staff to obtain bids to reroof the structure to make it water
tight.
The Maintenance department has received bids and the lowest responsive bidder was MG Wagner Roofing.
INTERACTION:
Prosecutors office and Human Resources/Risk Manager.
RECOMMENDATION:
At this time we recommend the Board sign the Professional service agreement with MG Wagner to reroof
the structure at 830 Popular St.
HANDLING:
Return a signed copy to Maintenance
