KITTITAS COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />SESSION DATE: September 5, 2017 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider Leasing <br />Lot H-34 and Lot H-35 of the Kittitas County <br />Airport Binding Site Plan. <br />BACKGROUND: Public Works is requesting the Board conduct <br />a public hearing to consider a lease within the <br />Airport Binding Site Plan specifically Lot H-34 <br />(.15 Acres — 6,534 Sq. Ft.) and Lot H-35 (.15 <br />Acres — 6,534 Sq.
