ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator
on the State of Washington DSHS DD Agreement. (Effective dates: 07/01/2017-06/30/2018)
BACKGROUND:
The State of Washington DSHS DD Agreement provides a maximum program agreement
amount of $820,341.00. The agreement allows the county to provide services and allows staff to
administer DD services within the county as noted in the agreement.
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Board of Health: N/A
Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on August 8, 2017.
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on August 11, 2017.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator
on the State of Washington DSHS DD Agreement. (Effective dates: 07/01/2017-06/30/2018)
HANDLING:
Clerk of the Board send notice of approval to the Auditor’s Office.
