KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF’S OFFICE <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: September 5, 2017 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to set a Public Hearing to Consider Amending the <br />Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office Civil Fee Schedule. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The purpose of this proposed Amendment is to update the Kittitas <br />County Sheriff’s Office’s fee schedule. This schedule was last updated by Resolution <br />2004-02. Many of these fees have a minimum set by RCW 36.18.040, with an allowance <br />for an additional administrative portion of the fees charged. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: This proposed Amendment has been reviewed and approved as to <br />form by the Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to set a Public Hearing for September 19th at 2 pm to <br />Consider Amending the Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office Civil Fee Schedule. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Please return one copy of the Hearing Notice to the Sheriff’s Office for <br />our records. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: KCSO CFM Heather Seibert
