AGENDA STAFF REPORT
AGENDA DATE: September 5, 2017
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to set a Public Hearing to Consider Amending the
Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office Civil Fee Schedule.
BACKGROUND: The purpose of this proposed Amendment is to update the Kittitas
County Sheriff’s Office’s fee schedule. This schedule was last updated by Resolution
2004-02. Many of these fees have a minimum set by RCW 36.18.040, with an allowance
for an additional administrative portion of the fees charged.
INTERACTION: This proposed Amendment has been reviewed and approved as to
form by the Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to set a Public Hearing for September 19th at 2 pm to
Consider Amending the Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office Civil Fee Schedule.
HANDLING: Please return one copy of the Hearing Notice to the Sheriff’s Office for
our records.
