AGENDA DATE: August 15, 2017
ACTION REQUESTED: Request Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) signature on
Tourism-Related, Small-Scale Municipality-Owned Capital Projects
and Operations Agreements.
BACKGROUND: During the August 1, 2017 BOCC Agenda session, the Board
approved the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee’s (LTAC) funding
recommendation for Tourism-Related, Small-Scale Municipality-
Owned Capital Projects and Operations grants as allocated by
Resolution 2017-130.
INTERACTION: The Forest Service added measurable language into their Collection
Agreement as requested by the LTAC.
RECOMMENDATION: Request BOCC signature on the small-scale capital projects and
operations agreements utilizing previously approved lodging tax
funding.
