KITTITAS COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />SESSION DATE: August 15, 2017 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Set a Public Hearing to Consider Leasing Lot <br />H-34 and Lot H-35 of the Kittitas County Airport <br />Binding Site Plan. <br />BACKGROUND: Public Works is requesting the Board set a <br />public hearing to consider a lease within the <br />Airport Binding Site Plan specifically Lot H-34 <br />(.15 Acres — 6,534 Sq. Ft.) and Lot H-35 (.15 <br />Acres — 6,534 Sq. Ft) to Tyler Glahn for <br />construction of private airplane hangar(s). <br />INTERACTION: <br />Public Works; Tyler Glahn <br />RECOMMENDATION: Move to Approve the Notice of Public Hearing <br />for September 5, 2017 at 2pm, to Consider a <br />Lease for Lot H-34 and Lot H-35 of the Kittitas <br />County Airport Binding Site Plan. <br />HANDLING: Return one copy to Public Works <br />ATTACHMENTS: Notice of Public Hearing; Lease; Map <br />LEAD STAFF: Mark Cook <br />Public Works Director <br />
