Kittitas County Commissioners <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />08/01/2017 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Request the Board of County Commissioners to sign the Shredding Service Agreement <br />#14668573Addendum #03202017 with Secure Shred. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Several County departments are contracting with Secure Shred to do our shredding. The contact <br />addendum is to add Juvenile and Human Resource for scheduled pickup instead of having “an on <br />call basis”. <br /> <br />This addendum is adding additional department locations from the original agreement that was <br />signed September 15th, 2015 <br /> <br />This addendum is adding Human Resource and Juvenile as an additional department <br /> <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Recommend the Board approve and sign the addendum #03202017 with Secure Shred. <br /> <br />HANDLING: <br />Return originals to Judy she will mail and obtain signatures <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: <br />Judy Pless
