Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />July 31, 2017 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes a Resolution to authorize execution of an <br />amendment to the Child Death Reporting System Data Use Agreement between the Kittitas <br />County Public Health Department and the Michigan Public Health Institute. (Effective date: May <br />1, 2017-December 31, 2020) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Child Death Review Case Reporting System Data Use Agreement between the Michigan <br />Public Health Institute and the Kittitas County Public Health Department establishes the terms <br />and conditions for the collection, storage, and use of data obtained from the case reviews of child <br />deaths.
