AGENDA DATE: August 01, 2017
ACTION REQUESTED: Request the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) consider the
request from the U.S. Forest Service for a modification to the
Agreement No. 16-CO-11061700-100 to extend the expiration date.
BACKGROUND: Kittitas County signed an Agreement with the U.S. Forest Service-
Agreement No. 16-CO-11061700-100 for Cle Elum District Visitor
Services. The Agreement reimbursement dates are from July 4, 2016
through July 4, 2017.
INTERACTION: The Forest Service submitted a Modification request to change the
performance period to extending the expiration date from 07/04/2017
to 10/31/2017.
RECOMMENDATION: Request the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) consider the
request from the U.S. Forest Service for a modification to the
Agreement with them to extend the expiration date.
