AGENDA DATE: July 18, 2017
ACTION REQUESTED: Approve the Second Addendum to the Professional
Services Agreement between Kittitas County and WSAC.
BACKGROUND: The County has a Contract in place with DOE to provide
funding for facilitation of the Counties Columbia River
Policy Advisory Group through Neil Aaland and WSAC.
The County then Contracts with WSAC to provide the
funding and WSAC Contracts with Neil Aaland. This is a
function of the Chairmanship for the WSAC group which is
a role that Commissioner Jewell fulfills. This Addendum
extends the contract with WSAC through 10/31/2017 to
match the contract with DOE.
INTERACTION: N/A
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the 2nd Addendum as presented
