KITTITAS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: July 18, 2017 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Approve the Second Addendum to the Professional <br />Services Agreement between Kittitas County and WSAC. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The County has a Contract in place with DOE to provide <br />funding for facilitation of the Counties Columbia River <br />Policy Advisory Group through Neil Aaland and WSAC. <br />The County then Contracts with WSAC to provide the <br />funding and WSAC Contracts with Neil Aaland. This is a <br />function of the Chairmanship for the WSAC group which is <br />a role that Commissioner Jewell fulfills.
